Yard Drainage
The customer’s yard was constantly wet, making it unusable for their young kids and family pets. Drains were installed to collect water in surface catch basins throughout the yard before ultimately being tied in to the city storm sewers. French drains were also put in to further alleviate soil saturation. Yard was fully restored upon completion!

Underground Utility Excavating
A local plumbing contractor needed excavation for a main sewer line that will service a new 120 apartment senior living complex. The main line had to be connected to the city sewer line over 15 feet deep! The grade of the excavated trench had to have consistent 1% fall to ensure that over 700 feet of main line sewer would properly drain.

Detention basin troughs were built up with sediment, allowing for cattails and other undesirable plants to grow. The trough was cleaned out and sediment was hauled away. The area was restored using EPA-approved aggregate.
